MTM BILLING CHARGES AGAIN INCORRECT

I have BIS and have had the same contract for 4 years now and used my phone for internet etc the same way in all those years and now all of a sudden I get charged a huge amount for internet. I am tired of fighting with them as they just tell you that the charges are registered to your number and that's that. Mtn just says it is on your number and they don't make mistakes and expect us to accept it. I have been with MTN for about 11 years now and if this carries on, I will take my business elsewhere.
