Contract

I am very angry with vodacom i had a contract with them which finished this year and i was told for me to cancel i have to write a letter stating that my contract should not be renewed i did that and sent it now today i get an sms saying i have been handed over to VVM for wat i dont know i need an explanation ASAP TODAY
