Fire this man

This guy needs to be fired my finance and life is on hold for this!!! because i complained about him he had not given me a call. He sent me a sms with no contact details of him so that i could call him to explain to him that what needed to be done.it was simple i canceled my contract within the 14 day period they had to come and pick up the device they hadnt it went on for months then when i went to my bank i asked for a loan they said that im in arreas with my vodacom account that i cancelled .i contacted them i reqested them to cancel the contract and give me a letter stating that i dont owe vodacom any money and it was they fault cause i needed to summitt that to the bank for my loan.but this goes and cancel the contract but doesnt send me the letter which i needed asap.he goes and send me and email stating that the contract is cancelled no details of him on that email.so how do i tell him that he forgot resolve my problem the second time.
