Zero service as usual

This company does not care about loyal customers. Several days after purchasing a data bundle, I am STILL waiting for it to be activated. And tonight, despite having received proof of payment, they suspended my data line. I have had it with issue upon issue with this unprofessional, money-grabbing company. Is it really too much to ask from a supplier to just deliver the service they are being paid for?!
