I am sick and tired of these unprofessional agents who dnt know their work, bad attitude and poor service giving wrong information. Each and every agent has different information dont noe who to trust now its high time this must be attended to, I have all the recordings as I was recording the call, failure to get a response within 24hrs I will act accordingly
