Dear Virgin

Hi my name is Luciano Goliath, I have a Phone Contract with you. My problem is my account has been double debited for the last few months; I have been calling you guys regarding my account. This morning I went to the bank to get a statement and when I looked through my bank statement I saw that Virgin Mobile. This morning I called just to get a letter about what is happening in my account because I need to give it to my bank and yet I have called 10TIMES and no one can help me, witch I find that this is, Because of this problem it is affecting my ITC RECORD, I have faxed my statement and I letter to them and Pitso told me that he will give my paperwork to his Team leader to sort out my stuff, I want to know why I am being charged 4times and I am tired of calling and getting no help.

AND I AM GONE CALL THE CONSUMER ACT ABOUT THIS
