Sim Swop Nightmare

For a few weeks now I have been trying to get a sim swop done for a contract number. What is suppose to be a simple process has turned into nothing short of a nightmare. As the contract is on my dad's name it requires him to be the person putting the request through, however he fumbles when it comes to answering technological questions & therefore I have to be present to assist. That's all well & cool, but the Cell C process is such that whenever they phone back we never together & therefore cannot complete the process. The sim swop department is only open on Mon-Fri 8-5 not exactly the most accommodating times for the situation.

I am aware that I can go in store, however I can't see reason as to why I should pay R150 for something that can be done for R50.

I have also considered just switching to another service provider, but I've been with Cell C for so long it just doesn't make sense :(

I'd really appreciate some assistance
