I joined Virgin money in 2012 to insure my car. all has been going well till last month (October 2013) when they decided to debit my account double my monthly payment. I logged a query and was told to fax my bank statement showing that I have been debited twice the original amount. I faxed the bank statement as per their request and was told the money would be back in my account in 4 working days which did not happen. I've had to fax the document again but this time with no response at all. I am extremely upset because I would have used that money on my kinds and my house hold. I was not expecting them to debit my account yesterday as I still have not ben refunded. I am considering taking my business elsewhere I am not happy about this.
