I upgraded my handset on the 20.10.2013. I received the 22.10.2013. I opened it and saw that it uses a microsim which is not what my current phone uses. I phoned on the 23.10.13 to request a microsim. Mpho said that he will place the order for it that same day. On the 28th I phoned to find out whether the order was placed since i had a previous incident with exactly the same issue but where my device was delivered with the incorrect sim and after phoning to find out no order was placed after i did phone to request the correct sim. Christina told me that no order was placed, once again! She said that she arranged with admin that it will be delivered on wednesday 30.10.13 and i still said that it's fine if it is delivered today as long as i get it today 31.10.13. I phoned again to find out what the status is and George informed me that the status on it is pending... Pending what! Once again, a total setback, but not a shock really as that is normally the general serve received!!! Pathetic.. And no I AM NOT GOING TO AN OUTLET! i had to explain numerous times as numerous times i was advised to go to an outlet, if i wanted to go to an outlet i wouldnt have ordered it online!
