Pathetic service, rip off and 3 day delivery delay

I ordered organic fruits and vegetables from Woolworths. They were supposed to deliver on Wednesday evening. They phoned and told me they were in the wrong suburb in Johannesburg in stead of Pretoria and that the order would be delivered the next morning. The order never came. I phoned in to find out where my order was and apparently it was never rebooked for Pretoria. They promised me it would be delivered between 10:00 and 13:00. Yet again the order did not show up and I had to phone in. They advised me it was on the way and eventually showed up almost 2 hours behind schedule. The price on the small organic bananas was R10.99 but I was charged R13.99!!! Clearly the size I paid for on the internet was not the same as in the store. Pathetic service, late delivery and a rip off! Woolworths should be ashamed!!!
