No reception & refusal to cancel contract

I opened up a contract with Cell C 08 August 2013. I was told my area has reception and told if not someone will come to my residence within three days to assess the situation. They stated following this assessment if a booster would not aid the situation that an email would be sent to cancellations and the contract cancelled.

Finally on Tuesday after constantly following up a Cell C employee arrived at my residence. However due to the poor reception could not get hold of our helper and she could not actually enter my residence. She phoned me from the gate and due to the poor reception after about 10mins of repeating ourselves she assured me she would get someone from the office to call.

I have tried to phone the individual who visited my residence will no avail. I have called the CC and was told that a report would be sent and they will see what they can do.

I have not had reception at my residence which is not only inconvenient but also unsafe. I have poor reception at work too.

The service contracted has not been provided. I am not using my new Galaxy as it will need to be returned (scratch free).
