They did call me and helped step-by-step all the way till the issue was resolved. The assistance was almost overbearing, but I take that as a sign that they wanted to put our interests first.

The guys at FNB Connect really went out of their way for us in the end, so my trust has been restored for now.

All I will ask is that steps are taken to avoid a client ever being dropped like that again. We will most likely be moving away from FNB Connect over the incident because we cannot afford to have a gap in service like that again. Even though we might be moving away, the staff that helped me in the end did very well and I am impressed with their performance.
