Still no reply from MTN after previous complaint

21 st October I lodged a complaint regarding no reply/answer form call centre of MTN, they replied via email and said they will call me soon. Today is the 31st and still no response from Mtn regarding my Insurance??? Are you seriously going to wait till 2014??? This is the worst service ever!!!
