I have three contracts, registered three exact same BlackBerry's. I am paying the monthly uninterrupted BIS data charge on all three contracts but suddenly I keep getting BIS data blocked on the one contract.

I have made numerous calls about this - every-time I get a different story and I am forced to pay extra, was even told to do a sim swop and once, that I have deactivated my account.

What has changed on my contract and why am I still being charged for a service which is not being supplied??
