After an unfortunate incident where my phone was I had to go to mtn to blacklist it and do a sim swap. Although these types of things can be frustrating at times I had a refreshing experience. I arrived half an hour before the shop was supposed to close. The service that I received was excellent and informative but at the same time warm and friendly.
