Phone Repair - Great Customer Care

My phone recently stopped working, and as a Vodacom customer, I took it to Vodashop in Lakeside Mall. Initially I was a little disgruntled at some of the fees I had to pay, but in hindsight I found the staff to be very helpful. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that, during the period my phone was being repaired, Vodacom sent an sms indicating where my phone was being held at every point of the repair process (including shipping).

I found the service to be professional and am glad that I am a Vodacom user.
