Vodacom has cheated me!

Vodacom charged me for calls that did not go through. They try to tell me now that the calls 'must have gone to voice mail', yet that is utter bull - I timed those calls and they did NOT go to voice mail; I hung up long before that happened. Yet Vodacom have charged me over R20 for calls that did not go through! This is, and they refuse to make right by me.

Then they have the nerve to SMS me asking me to rate their customer service! What customer service???

Do NOT use Vodacam - I'm sure I'm not the only one they've ripped off!

I want OUT of my contract with these people. Can anyone advise me how to do that without having to pay the penalty fee? They've chased me, and I think being cheated like this earns me the right to stop doing business with them, surely, but how to go about it?
