Bad Service

I was left rather stunned and severely infuriated yesterday by sort of disdain, apathy and insolence I endured at the hands of Eugene at 6 Torsvale Crescent Umhlanga, Cell C Regional Office in attempt to have my iPhone 5 fixed. During the first week of this month, I discovered that sound quality of my iPhone is not audible enough. I even upgraded my phone to an IOS7 to try and fix the problem. But the problem has since worsened. On the 17 of October, Cell C technical team promised to collected and have it fixed. But to date I have never heard from them. So I decided to drive to the Regional office only to be instructed that I need to wait for Ram Couriers for collection.
