Incompetency, delayed action and no call back

I went on Tuesday morning to apply for a contract (Mify 15GB promo) in the shop in Sandton city. They told me that I would have a response within 24hours. I am already a contract customer with Telkom Mobile.

It has been now 60 hours. I have phoned them 6 times already. They give me a different eanswer for each call: application not yet submitted, application referred, application sent to head office without my documents... bla bla bla. I was told to be called back before the end of the day for each call. I was never called back!!!

Enough with incompetency! take action and do not to customers please.
