3 Weeks waiting for approved device

Bruce Mpho Lekwape captured Name incorrectly despite having copy of ID with correct details. Its been 3 weeks now since we waiting for device after it has been approved and airtime already given to number for life.

This is not a fair practice as Bruce is now ignoring us we contact the switch board number 011 912 3000 and we were transferred to his extention and then phone rings and he drops it..

Sales person like him just dont deserve to represent a company like MTN. RTT courier company cannot deliver any goods if there is spelling errors on clients details.

Please kindly attend to our matter ASAP or just cancel the contract and we can find business else where.
