Being charged for a phone I didn't want or get

I upgraded a data contract. The next month I got an invoice for a Iphone 5 handset and a Justin Bieber CD - spare me!!
I hadn't ordered the phone and the delivery address was in Vanderbijl Park - but I live in Sandton
I phoned 5 times in the last two weeks but with no help
The last but one call was answered by Lesedi. She said she would get her supervisor to phone me - I laughed - she promised - I'm still waiting
ON Friday I called a supervisor a guy called Linda. He said " I know you won't believe me but you will hear from me by the end of today and again on Sunday, I will resolve this.
Again I laughed - again he promised - I am still waiting
Meanwhile Vodacom owes me R300
