I have been a customer for just 32 days and I am disgusted by the service I have received. I sent several requests via e-mail for someone to contact me regarding my account, I am still waiting- how pathetic is that. I have been billed R66 more than the invoiced amount and I need an explanation for this costs. There were discrepancies on my statement and a R100 was credited when I questioned the amount, I received different reasons why I was billed that amount. I then demanded a breakdown of the total that was billed and no-one ia able to explain. Are you trying to reap me off?
