2.5h on phone with Virgin and still no repairs

I am trying to book in my phone for repairs and have been cut off (intentionally?) three times. I have been told that the system registers my phone as already being booked in, even when it is not. I was told twice that this problem would be sorted out but never received a call back. When I call in again, either the 'champ' (!) cuts the call or I am told the same thing re the system.

1) Please check that the system registers accurately that my phone is not booked in.
2) Please call me to book in my phone for repairs.
