THIS PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SOLVED! THEY SAID THEY WERE PROCESSING MY CREDIT - I MADE IT CLEAR TO THEM THEY OWED ME 2 DEDUCTIONS AND STILL THEY SEND ME A BILL THAT I OWE THEM FUNDS! THIS IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS - SINCE NOVEMBER THEY HAVE BEEN MY MONEY AND NOBODY IS SOLVING ANYTHING! INCOMPETENT!!!
