My phone was damaged

I had recently purchased an iphone from auto page it was not working i had returned the phone to store checked it with the sales guy it was in perfect condition was sent up to Ingrim micro and they say i had dropped it and send pictures the phone was in perfect condition when it left Durban it has been 5 weeks and they still have not sent my phone back or for repairs i am still waiting! and wat is worse the phone was damaged not buy me but i am sitting with a broken phone and still no one can tell me why has nothing been done to fix my phone!!!
