Phone damaged whilst in for repairs

Telecommunications

Upon receiving my Samsung S3, IMEI 353167050887884, back from repairs last week, I noticed that the phone was damaged in three ways.
1) The IMEI sticker had been removed and had been stuck on again.
2) The IMEI sticker was still completely lifted in one corner and under it there are deep intrusions into the phone as, I assume, the driver was pushed down to lift the sticker.
3) The phone has been cracked where one of the screws had been inserted.

I have not accepted my phone back from the store. I treat my phone with extreme care as I do not want any scratches or damage on it. I feel that it is not fair that I must now accept a phone back in a worse condition as when it was sent in.
I also feel that I cannot trust the condition of the phone now as I do not know to what extent it has been compromised.

I would appreciate some feedback as to what to do next as I will not be accepting the phone in this condition, I feel that it should be replaced.
