2 months ago I applied for Lenovo tablet online via call centre, was advised wil get feedback in 2 days to confirm if approved or declined.

I never got call for 2 weeks, then lady phoned she asked if still interested adv yes she confirmed my bank details and place to deliver and advised me will get call from call centre to confirm if deal approved.

However 2 days after call from lady deduction of R129 ran from my fnb account.

I assumed maybe device wil be delivered any day but nothing.

Then 3 days after phoned 081180 was transfred to a very rude Nokthula Mnguni from billing department. She advised to send bank statement and copy of I/d please refer as attached.

She then logged case with no explaination as to why regardless of me asking however she promised to provide feedback that was on 17th oct.

I have sent e-mails to addresses as per website have went toyour branch in Musgrave prior to yertedays visit, the guy advised wil log another query for them to deliver device that was on 21st but no calls nothing.

I now want this matter completely cancelled funds due to me reversed and confirmation in writing that I have no contract at all with Telkom
