Cell C is now making me a

Will I ever get help from Cell C? In my previous report I was responded to that Sipho will contact me and it's almost 5 weeks now; and 6 months since I lodged a complain but nobody is really willing to assist, sad that every month my account is debited but not a person wants to account in this. Very sad.
