Terrible service

We saw the great deal cellc got for a specific phone. So we requested that someone phones us about a deal. We waited 2days... Then eventually, after contacting them 4 times, they phoned me and we processes a deal. They said i will have the phone within 7days if i dont hear from them again. Well, we didnt hear anything. Eventually i send them an email asking whats going on. They said there is a problem with my application. Why cant they pick up a phone and let me know so we can sort it out.? I did give them all my info again, and again... haven't heard anything from them. If the service is sooo bad now, how will it be when they have to deliver the phone or there comes a problem later??? DONT they want business?? Its really incredible!!
