USELESS SERVICE

Every time in the past that I took a cell phone in for repairs, the battery and back cover was removed by the staff and handed to me, because they don't send it in with the phone. However today, they insisted that I must produce the battery which I, because of previous experience left at home. The utterly useless staff member tells me that "Dere is a procedja dat we follow". I explained that there is NOTHING she can check, because the phone works - ONLY THE GPS IS FAULTY.

She is TOO THICK to understand that and insists that she wants to "check the phone". Why must I do another trip because of her stupidity???

I now insist that Game fetch the phone from my home to have it sent in for repairs. If you change policy and do not inform your customers, that is your problem not mine.
