Incorect order delivered - cannot get exchange

I ordered 3 x Huawei 10" Link tablets online last month. Three were delivered. However, one is the incorrect tablet. I have been calling Altech Autopage daily for an exchange. When I approached the local store in Gateway, I was told that they could not help me as the order was processed online.

Nobody takes action and I'm being billed and promised by everyone that someone will call me back. Nothing does. This is the last time I order anything online! Especially from this company.
