Faulty phone since day 1

I reported the out of box failure on my phone at the shop within 7 days. They didnt replace my phone and only did a sim swop. The problem persisted and now they want to send the phone in for repairs because its now after the 7 days. I dont get any good costomer service at all. They dodnt phone you back and dont do anything from their side to try and assist. No I hear that I wont be able to cancel my contract!! I want a new phone or a new contract! Dont contact me on my phone. Its not working!!!
