I would like to commend all agents who are really willing to help customers and go the extra mile. As for those people calling in, abusing the agents, all of you will get your day. They are only there to do their job and that is to assist you. Being rude with them is just a childish display of throwing your toys out of your cot. Did your parents not teach you proper manners. If you want to throw your toys out then do so on your own time while looking in the mirror. You fools need to stop wasting other peoples time and let them do their work. stop freaking going on like little children.
