Stinking attitude when calling customers

Just got a call from this 0836337204 its a Truworths call centre number, as I was about to ask who I`m speaking to the agent just said I must stop wasting her time and she dropped the line in my ears. Truworths should teach its call centre agents to speak to customers, I will not tolerate this appauling behaviour!!! If this is the way their agents talk to customers then I reckon they teach them proper quality standards and telephone ettiquet
