Faulty telephone ADSL Line reported - no feedback!

I reported my line faulty yesterday and received an sms stating that they will resolve asap. Followed up this morning with an inquiry, received no recognition of this inquiry. Tried to phone general enquiries on 0113379088 - no answer. Tried complaints on 011 333 7188 - no answer. Held on for over 15 minutes for service enquiries on 10210 number. Tried NEW PRODUCTS SALES and guess what??? Phone was answered in 3 seconds! I was informed that all systems are down.
Get your act together Telkom. I'm paying for a service i am not getting! Perhaps i should also only pay you the days you are online???
