50 minutes and still waiting!!!

It is Tuesday 19.11.2013. I phoned the 10210 number to do an account inquiry. It is gone 50 minutes and I am still waiting for someone to answer the call. How pathetic is this, or should I say, How incompetent is Telkom? Extremely sad! Maybe, instead of doing an account inquiry, I must just cancel my line!
