FAILURE TO DELIVER IN TIME AND INCOMPETENT STUFF

After being with cell c for two years paying two contract this the best they can do to me. I placed an order on the 17th on 084145 Lerato assisted me and was told about the terms that will receive my package with 7working days till today nothing and I had to call that's where I find out Lerato didn't capture my details correctly while they still have my details on their systems internal problem not mine and no one even bothered to tell me there will be delays. I spoke to Bongani the manager he promised to resolve it and get back to me yesterday before 16:00 with a feedback he never did I had to phone him again this morning and that's where he tells me there's another problem AGAIN??
