I had to call on the call centre tonight for assistance with my voicemail which has just disappeared from my phone but could, after approximately half an hour of listening to "we are transferring your call ..." every 30 seconds, not take it anymore. I don't know whether there are persons in the call centre or whether they, maybe, have all gone to sleep. If somebody, sometime, get to read this message can you please call me when it is convenient for you because tonight, obviously, is not!
