CellC no signal again!!!

So trying to call to tonight, that is what you have a cell phone for isn't it. Tried to call 15 times, call ended every time before going through. So still can it call, could manage to call the Call Centre and apparently there is a problem and they do not know when it will be fixed. Please CellC I can't anymore!!!
