Every week I pay R29 through a stop order on my Nedbank account into my daughters cellphone so that she has some money for calls. The reason I pay it weekly is that she lives in a home and has learning disabilities. This normally works fine except on Friday 25/10 the money was taken from my account but never reached her phone. Now as it works every week it seems unlikely that it would be a Nedbank problem. They are just generating a file with the same details on it and sending the money to greedy Vodacom. My daughter contacted Vodacom but they are uninterested in her problems. (They have already got the money so who cares!) They have told her that I must contact Nedbank to resolve the problem. This is easier said than done as I live in the UK. Surely if they believe they have any sort of customer service they should be able to resolve this themselves. They only have to look at the previous week's transactions to see the details. This is not the first occasion that this has happened.
