Nedbank
Took my money which isn't theirs

I found a debit order deduction on my personal banking (I don't bank with Nedbank) showing a deduction for a Nedbank. I queried this with my bank and it's for a Nedbank Personal Loan which I do not own. I contacted Nedbank and was told by a consultant that someone had incorrectly loaded my banking details against someone elses account and consequently my account was debited for someone elses debt. They've had my money for more than a week now without promise of when it will be returned. Their compliances need to be checked - how could something like this happen! I want my money back!
