I was offered a smart light contract by Vodacom on the 7/5/13 with a Samsusng S3 mini phone which is suppose to be effective from the 1/6/13, the problem that i'm having is i was using a top up contract with them and now they moved my contract to smart light. when ever i load airtime it doesn't last a week or 2days and when i call Vodacom to enquire about this i'm told that the reason it does that is because of internet. my question is how does this happen because i only use whatapp and no other applications or downloads done on my phone. i was using the another phone with whatsapp but my airtime would last for long and i would be able to use that application even if my airtime is R2.00. I need to know is this how is going to be going forth or should i just discard my card and change to other network in order for me to get satisfaction? i bought R29.00 airtime on Saturday and made only 1 call but my airtime Wes finished by Monday morning, is this normal as i don't believe chatting on whatsapp can cost that much. Please can someone call me and explain how possible is this is i am now unhappy with Vodacom at the moment.
