This is the unknown'th number of time that i have had trouble with afrihost internet service delivery.

If its not that the internet is down, then its slow, if its not slow, then its down, then its someone else's problem or they not sure what is going on.

I am so tired of afrihost not being able to live up to their promise of a stable connection.

I have a business adls line with them, but every time randomly during the day it goes out or slow, and im stuck having to pick up the pieces because they dont care what their clients think or say.

And we have to keep paying for everyday that we do not have internet, regardless.

Give me back my money for the day's that you do not live up to your promise of delivery, otherwise stop promising to be "so good".

How do u expect people to regard your service highly if you do not even uphold standards of deliver. U do not give any notice, and then we have to sit on the phone for 40 mins before sum1 helps us and all they have to say is

"Sorry we do not know"

Why am I paying almost R1000 per month if you cant even get your together?
Give us back the money that we wasted, or should we just go back to mweb?
