Struggling over 3-months to connect

Over 3-months ago I started the process to get my internet connection fixed at my house but without any success.
My query has been escalated a few times, dozens of notes were made on their system and I phone them on average 3-times a week.
The IT department doesn't come back to me at all!!!
Then after a few days I receive a sms stating my problem has been fixed!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! Where do they come about this???

I'm so frustrated by the poor service and lack of professionalism that I am forced to cancel my line if no-one cares about my query.

Utterly disgusted!!!
