Cancel my Contract Immediately!!!

I've called your Call Centre a million times cause you decided not to credit my account with the amount you suppose to credit it with on the 14th. WHen I called I was told that it was credited but no one is able to provide me with proof of this. You have breached our contract and I want you to just cancel it! Should you dare bill me an early termination fee - I will take this further! Cancel my contract immediately and advise how much I need to pay (excluding early termination fees). Rabelani since promised to call me on Monday but instead I must call your Call Centre. Just close this contract!
