I'm being over charged

Hi I'm Mr Brits and I've been having problems with my 8ta cellar contracts since April last year and no one seems to be doing anything about it I changed my spend limmet many times but it never got changed and they are charging me more than a thousand rand on an account that should be R650 max. And when I asked for customer care recordings they said I must get a court order to get those recordings. What must I do because they're just taking my money and nobody is fixing my problem please help. They even suspended my accounts
