In march migrated 2 of my contracts from a all week to a straight up 30 contract which they told me would cost R284 INCLUDIN BIS however they charging me R 381 FOR WHAT NOT EVEN THE CONSULTANTS can answer that i changed banking details in April for all 3 contracts they only changed 1 and the other 2 were debited from the incorrect account costing me bank charges i have been calling them for a week up till now no1 has sorted my queries however they have debited my account again I CLEARLY ASKED THEM TO LISTEN TO THE CALL RECORDINGS TO FIND OUT WHY IS THERE SO MUCH OF ERRORS I WONDER IF CALLS ARE REALLY RECORED IS CELLC A COMPANY WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MONEY ALL THEY WANT I WISH I HAD GONE TO A SERVICE PROVIDER CELLC MAKES ME MISERABLE I WONDER HOW MANY CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING FOR ANSWERS
