Still no joy from 8ta. After the initial complaint logged with Hello Peter, Cleo came back to me 18 Oct requesting copies of my bankstatements. I've supplied the copies 21 Oct. The copies show that the amount was deducted in error & refunded. The amount deducted was not reversed as claimed eg I didn't receive the amount double on my bank acc. I need for this to be settled ASAP as NuDebt is requesting payment from me on a regular basis. I do not want bad debt on my name! Please assist
