Impossible to cancell contract

To glenda, supervisor at mtn direct> i am still waiting for your call. You were supposed to check the call records and get back to me regarding cancellation of my contract which i obtained over the phone from joeleen. Your customer service department cannot assist customers since they cannot sort out mistatkes made by mtn direct. I need u to uplift the hand set asap.
