Paying for a contract that i am not getting

I have been a client of Autopage for the last 10 plus years. I was due for my upgrade in March 2013. April I spoke to Mable and she advised me of the Smart L package which included 250 min, 500MB data, 500 SMS and a iPhone 5 16GB, for R724.35 per month. she advised me they did not have a black 1 in stock and within 2 weeks they would deliver my phone.by the end on May I still had not received my phone. after numerous call I was put in touch with Rudy who said for an extra R60 odd per month they could send me the 68GB. then my accounts starting coming and I was paying more than double of what I was quoted and I knew I was not using all my min etc. I made an enquiry to head office only to discover that I was been charged for 3 devices and I was only receiving 75 off peak min, no data and a few SMS's. every time I phone head office I speak to someone new who assures me that management will phone within 24 hours - I am still waiting and getting VERY frustrated to say the least. please could someone advise me what to do to sort this matter out urgently
